How Do I Keep My Account Secure?
Your Haveaspot account gives access to your booking history, personal details, and saved payment methods. Keeping it secure is important.
You Are Responsible for Your Account
Section titled “You Are Responsible for Your Account”You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with anyone
- All activity and actions that take place under your account, whether or not carried out by you
- Ensuring that you log out of shared or public devices after use
If You Suspect Unauthorised Access
Section titled “If You Suspect Unauthorised Access”If you believe someone has accessed your account without your permission, or if your password has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@haveaspot.com.
Prompt reporting helps us take steps to protect your account and limit any damage. We may suspend your account temporarily while we investigate.
Choosing a Strong Password
Section titled “Choosing a Strong Password”We recommend using a unique, strong password for your Haveaspot account — one that you do not use for any other service. A strong password typically includes a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.
Suspicious Activity
Section titled “Suspicious Activity”If you notice any bookings, messages, or other activity on your account that you do not recognise, report it to us straight away. Do not attempt to process refunds or cancel bookings on any reservation you did not make — contact our support team instead so we can investigate properly.
