How Will I Know if the Terms Change?
Haveaspot may update its Terms of Service from time to time. Here is how we handle changes and how they affect you.
How We Notify You
Section titled “How We Notify You”If we make material changes to the Terms, we will notify you in advance — for example:
- By email to the address associated with your account
- By notification on the Platform
We will give you reasonable advance notice before material changes take effect — typically at least 30 days.
What Counts as a Material Change?
Section titled “What Counts as a Material Change?”Material changes include updates to the fee structure, cancellation policy, or other financial terms, as well as significant changes to your rights or obligations. Minor editorial updates or clarifications may not require advance notice.
Your Continued Use Means Acceptance

Changes Do Not Apply Retroactively to Existing Bookings
Section titled “Changes Do Not Apply Retroactively to Existing Bookings”Any changes to fees, the Cancellation Policy, or other financial terms apply strictly to Bookings confirmed after the effective date of the revised Terms. Existing confirmed Bookings are not affected.
You are not entitled to any retroactive financial redress, refunds, or compensation based on differences between prior and updated Terms.
