How to Add and Manage Team Members on Your Account

If you have staff or colleagues who help manage your venue, you can give them access to your Haveaspot account as Team Members. This means they can log in and carry out tasks — such as reviewing booking requests, updating your listing, or responding to Bookers — without needing to use your own login credentials.

You can invite Team Members from your account settings. You will need to provide their email address and assign them a role. They will receive an invitation to create their own Haveaspot login linked to your venue account.

When you add a Team Member, you will assign them a role. The role determines what they can see and do within your account. See What Permissions Do Different Team Member Roles Have? for a full breakdown.

Your responsibility for Team Member actions

Section titled “Your responsibility for Team Member actions”

As the account holder, you are fully responsible for everything your Team Members do on the platform. This includes:

  • Booking decisions they make on your behalf
  • Changes they make to your listing or House Rules
  • Any communications they send to Bookers
  • Compliance with Haveaspot’s terms

If a Team Member makes an error — even an accidental one — the consequences fall on your account, not theirs personally. Choose who you invite carefully, and make sure they understand the platform’s rules.

It is your responsibility to ensure that only currently authorised individuals have access to your account. If a team member leaves your organisation, you must revoke their access promptly. See What Should I Do If a Team Member Leaves?.

There is no fixed limit specified for Team Members. If you have specific questions about large team setups, contact support@haveaspot.com.
